  This company is very unprofessional! I wish I could rate American Paving on their work, but unfortunately for me Stephen never showed up for my job and ducked my calls. I had gotten an estimate for a paved driveway and walkway in April, finally signed the proposal in July, and they were supposed to start in August. I got all the necessary permits from my village but when I called to find out when he was starting, he kept pushing my job out further. I mentioned that I found a coupon for 10% off, which would have saved me almost $1400, and I believe that's what caused him to ditch me. Perhaps it was no longer profitable? I'll never know because he never showed up, and stopped returning my calls. Last I heard from him, he said utilities were going to be out marking my yard and he would start digging later that week. Since then, I have heard bad stories about them around town, and regret choosing them in the first place. They are extremely unprofessional and I urge you to NOT consider them when getting estimates from paving companies.
